Development And Validation Of Spectrophotometric Method For Saquinavir

The aim of this study was to develop a simple spectrophotometric determination of saquinavir. This book reports a simple,sensitive and a spectrophotometric method for a determination of saquinavir in bulk and formulation. This method is specific while estimating the commercial formulations without interference of excipients and other additives. Hence,it can be employed for routine analysis in of saquinavir in bulk, pharmaceutical formulations in Quality Control Laboratories.
