This book represents a report of research funded by the Netherlands Fellowship Programme as requiremnt of the International Training in Food Industry and Agribusiness during 2002. It concerned Application of HACCP system in the Minimal Processing of Fresh Vegetables and Fruits In Van Dijk Wessels Versgroep company. The research team included: Prof.dr.
