Preparation and Characterization of Bi2Te3 and Sb2Te3 thin-films

This book is include the study of thermometric materials specifically Bismuth Telluride and Antimony Telluride was prepared and manufacture the thin films and thermometric thin films device capable of generating voltages. The purpose of this work to exploit the thermal energy resources which is lost in the world and recycle them into useful energy and also reduce the pollution rates in the world.
