Integrating ICT into student support services

ICT integration into student support services can be a major boast to the education sector in most countries.This research was done amongst distance education students taking bachelor of education Arts at the University of Nairobi.The research was mainly to find out the benefits of integrating ICT tools into the existing systems which are already being used.The study came up with benefits and hindrances which are preventing the full integration.
