The basic impact evaluation question can be formulated as, “What is the impact or causal effect of the program Machinery and Equipment Grants (MEG) on basic farm/farmer characteristics such as change of employment level and gross value added (GVA) per hectare?” in this study. Post-test only quasi-experimental design is used in this work.
