Spectrophotometric and potentiometric determination of orphenadrine

Spectrophotometric determination of OphC drug in pure and in pharmaceutical preparations via charge transfer complex formation between OphC (electron donor) and both of DDQ and p-CLA (π-acceptor) reagent. The work has focused on the preparation of homemade carbon ink and testing the performance of such ink in the fabrication of electrodes for the potentiometric determination of OphC drug in pure and pharmaceutical preparations. The performance of such sensors in the Potentiometric determination of OphC is compared between those of CWE and coated graphite electrodes.
