Kinanthropometric Measurements and Motor Abilities of Handball Players

This study is significant for coaches and physical education teachers because they would be updated regarding kinanthropometric characteristics and motor abilities. This study helps to select the handball players with the help of kinanthropometric characteristics and motor abilities of different playing position. It is also a help for physical teachers and coaches to identify the talent for handball players for different playing position on the bases of kinanthropometric characteristics and motor abilities. The aim of the study is to develop the procedure for evaluation of physique and performance of handball players. On the basis of kinanthropometric characteristics and motor abilities of handball players, coaches will plan their training schedule for the players of different playing position. Study helps the coaches to identify the according to their kinanthropometric characteristics and motor abilities of players for different playing position. Further the results of the study to know the relationship of kinanthropometric characteristics and motor abilities with their performance. It helps the coaches to select the players for different playing position in handball.
