A public school is a social interaction scene where pupils interact with peers, teachers, school administrators and the community members. As such, conflict in such an environment is evitable and if pupils are to fully attain the education their intended to achieve. The school administration should create an almost conflict free environment. Therefore, learners must be equipped with conflict management strategies that will help learners resolve conflict the faced with in school and at home amicably.
