Contribute on how to adopt adequate ideology that can contribute for successful integration among States to conduct shared efforts and achieve shared effects in the horn of Africa. Generally, Synergy among economies of state in the region, as a frame work of the implementation of regional economic integration strategy, facilitates the achievements of greater common economic effects.
