Analysis of HSPs and TLRs in Indigenous Chicken

Thermo-tolerance in animals during prolonged heat or cold stress is characterized by the heat or cold shock response and adaptation associated with acclimation. The present study was carried out to analyze expression of Heat shock proteins (HSP60 and HSP70) and Toll like receptors (TLR-2, 3, and 4) of indigenous chicken in response to heat and cold stress. The chickens were divided into stress group and control group during winter and summer. It also showed the important cold stress marker and stress affecting the instantaneous growth rate of the chicken.
