This book entitled "Invitro Propagation of Banana and Plantain Cultivars" is intended to address the basic growth and development stages of micro-propagated banana and plantain (Musa spp. )cultivars; Giant cavendish and Matoke respectively. Those stages initiation, proliferation and development of shoot-tip are tested in different concentrations/ratio of plant growth hormones Auxin:cytokinin.It is expected that, because of laboratory results and original findings used,The author is confident in its scientific finding, used as a resource for researchers, students and investors engaged on mass propagation of banana plantlets in the world.
