This book explores the lived experiences of six in-service male primary school teachers in rural and regional Victoria, Australia. Through a Narrative Inquiry it explores the opinions and perceptions these male teachers have about their profession. It seeks to offer a snapshot into the current working lives of male teachers in rural and regional Victoria, Australia to better understand the challenges, issues and perceptions male teachers have about their work.
