A socio-political history of Nyajena since c.1800

A history of Nyajena. The book discusses a number of issues on how an area called Nyajena, situated in the South eastern part of Zimbabwe came to be.It captures interesting narratives and different oral traditions of settlement of the groups that occupy the area. It also thrives to show how the ruled contribute to the running of the polity and how this involvement has led to a patrimonial relationship between the rulers and the ruled.
