Certificate of Flying Skill We the undersigned Lij Tasfä Yäyahräd, Ato Marsie Häzzan Walda Qirqos and Ato Ma’äzä Walda Hiywat – in accordance with our appointment by the words of his excellency Fïtäwrärï Täfasa as government representatives and observers on the occasion of the flying skill examination of Asfäw Ali and Mishka Babitchef on Maskaram 24 and 25, 1923 E.C. have witnessed that they have passed all the examination of their instructor Mons. Vedel. We ourselves have in person examined them one by one accompanying them on the air and indicating them to different directions. We certify that they have successfully flown and landed without any trouble.
