The book titled "Inclusion of the Functions of State Management in the Principles of Rule of Law" was created as a need to present to the scientific and professional community, including the general public, systematized tendencies and trends in the area of joining functions of public administration or functions of state management and state administration according to the principles of the rule of law. The fundamental aim of drafting the book theme entitled "Inclusion of the Functions of State Management in the Principles of Rule of Law" is to reveal, present the legitimacy that governs the phenomena and processes of expansion, and then the integration of public management, or the necessity of joining the functions of a new state management to the principles of the state of law in the modern age. The involvement and joining the function of state management to the principles of rule of law is carried out by adopting and applying legal rules and / or settling disputes arising in the course of adopting or applying legal rules. This is executed by supervising or / and on the basis of case study solutions.
