Experimental Learning - From Schools and Universities to Companies Environment. After 25 years of experience in the corporate education area, Luiza do Valle and Luiz Valle decided to summarize in this work the result of their research on a topic of great interest to companies that invest in training and developing leaders and teams. What is behind the poor quality and low efficiency and effectiveness of professional training conducted in companies? Billions of dollars are spent annually on functional training by companies around the world. According to the authors, part of this waste of money is due to the lack of didactic preparation of the instructors. These professionals reproduce the deficiencies of the educational model with which they were trained by their teachers and transport it to the corporate training rooms. In Experiential Learning, the authors identify the nature of these deficiencies and point out ways and alternatives for both instructors who carry out training in companies and high school and university teachers to enrich their teaching resources.
