Management of change and Innovation in education

"Change can be described as the adoption of an innovation, where the ultimate goal is to improve outcomes through an alteration of practices." ... Fullan (1992: 22) claims, "Change is a process of learning new ideas and things. It is learning to do and learning to understand something new. Innovation in Education encourages teachers and students to explore, research and use all the tools to uncover something new. it involves a different way of looking at problems and solving them. The thinking process that goes into it will help students develop their creativity and their problem solving skills. Here are some innovative teaching strategies which every teacher can embrace and make their way teaching more interesting: teaching cross over. teaching through SMART Board. flipping through teaching classrooms. teaching through collaboration. Teaching through virtual reality. Teaching through 3D printing technology.Not everyone can afford the education system that they offer. Hence, the government needs to take the baton in their hands and eradicate the rote learning from the school at all the levels. The school must be encouraged to introduce students to conceptual learning which avoids.
