The fourth part is about Job Autonomy, Employees Performance and Organizational Effectiveness: analyses role of Job Autonomy on Employees’ Performance and its impact on Organizational Effectiveness in select banks. The fifth part examines the effect of Training and Rewards on Employee Performance and Organizational Effectiveness among select banks. The sixth part scrutinizes impact of Communication and Culture on Employee Performance and Organizational Effectiveness in select banks, and final part presents the summary of findings followed by suggestions, conclusion, and scope for future research.
