This study aims to investigate the demographic and clinical characteristics of patients with CHD at ESI Hospital, Maniktala, Kolkata, and assess the prevalence of risk factors for CHD. Additionally, it explores the perspectives of healthcare professionals and policymakers on CHD prevention, identifies challenges and barriers in CHD management, and proposes evidence-based recommendations for effective prevention strategies.”
