Central Giant Cell Granuloma: A Narrative Overview

Central giant cell granuloma (CGCG) is a Benign, locally aggressive, nonodontogenic, lesion of the jaw. The ubiquitous presence of giant cells in numerous unconnected bony lesions makes differential diagnosis even more difficult. Clinical, radiological, and, most importantly, biochemical and anatomopathological factors all play a role in the diagnosis of CGCG.
