An Audit Tool for Warfarin Therapy

This book addresses two areas. One involves summarizing the NICE guidelines. The other is to develop the audit tool for checking the appropriateness of the given warfarin therapy to the patients, as warfarin is an anticoagulant which requires proper monitoring for avoiding complications and allow its safer use. This purpose is achieved by applying the prepared audit tool while providing treatment.
