Management and Productivity of African Mono-gastric Animals

The book presents research findings of nine separate studies performed on local chicken and swine in Ethiopia. Several parameters were discussed in production to marketing value chains of both species. The findings were compared with the findings of similar studies that were conducted in different African countries. This will enable readers to have an overall image of traditional management and productivity of African local chicken and swine.
