Organizational Sustainability in Higher Education Industry

Organizational sustainability has been widely discussed both by management scholars and practitioners. There is a wide consensus according to which, in the ever changing and competitive environment, business managers should strive to make sure their business survive, grow and develop in the best way possible. From 2012 the number of higher private education organizations has been growing substantially in Angola specifically in Huambo province which is the center of the country. Whilst it is good that the number of higher private education organizations is growing, this trend has been posing a challenge to the leadership of these institutions given that the level of competition is getting higher and higher.
