The Insurance Mechanism

The market economy creates certain economic and non-economic risks in the activities of economic entities. In conditions where economic relations are based on economic freedom, a specific mechanism is required to minimize risks, and this task is performed by the insurance mechanism. During the implementation of large-scale market reforms in Uzbekistan, the insurance system was formed and is developing in accordance with market principles, the implementation of insurance using market relations has been established and is being improved. A number of measures aimed at creating and strengthening the economic legislation, financial institutions, information, and personnel base, which should serve to effectively carry out insurance in our country, were taken. Currently, the existing insurance mechanism is not able to solve a number of problems arising in connection with the liberalization of the economy, and the improvement of this mechanism is of great importance. The relevance of the research topic is based on these reasons.
