Education which is free of cost up to a certain age is accessible to all. The right to education is a fundamental right and it has been given best provisions for children of age 6-14 years. The RTE Act, 2009 is introduced in The Gazette of India. Under this act various facilities are provided to the students. This research is discuss about implementation of those facilities provided to the triba girl students. Various schemes under RTE are successfully implemented in four talukas Ambegaon, Junnar, Maval, Rajgurunager (Khed) of Pune district. The RTE Act has been able to provide education for Out of School Children (OoSC) and migrant children, residential school children etc. Study concluded that the facilities provided by this act are implemented due to this the school-dropout rate of tribal girl students is decreased, school-retention rate of tribal girl students is increased and enrollment of tribal girl students is increased this is because of implementation of RTE Act, 2009 in four talukas Ambegaon, Junnar, Maval, Rajgurunager (Khed) Tehsil of Pune district.
