The study aim to isolation and identification of aerobic bacteria from diabetic foot ulcers in diabetic patients and investigation the resistance of bacteria to antibiotic agent. P. aeruginosa showed a varied levels of resistance to; ceftriaxone, cefoxitin and Cefepime with percentage (100%); tobramycine, ciproflaxcin and levofloxacin with percentage of (41.1%); ticarcllin with clavulalnic acide, piperacllin, ceftazidime,Amikacin with percentage (35.2%); aztreonam with percentage of (47.5); meropenem and imipenem with percentage (23.5 %). B. cepacia isolates showed high level of resistance for all β-lactam antibiotic classes which included;, ceftriaxone, cefoxitin and Cefepime, with percentage of (100%); ticarcllin with clavulalnic acide ,piperacllin, ceftazidime, tobramycine, ciproflaxcin and levofloxacin with percentage of (87.5%); aztreonam and amikacine with percentage(62.5%); meropenem, imipenem and gentiamycin with percentage of (37.5%). P. aerginosa isolates were with blaOXA (47.1%) and (58.8%) of isolates carry blaCTX-M gene, all isolates of p. aeruginosa gave negative result of blaIMP and blaKPC geneand PCR analysis showed that the integron gene was (94.1%).
