This article investigates the intricate relationship between employee well-being and organizational performance, focusing on its impact on care quality and operational outcomes within Rwibaga District Hospital and Nyambuye Mother-Child Community Hospital. It emphasizes the increasing acknowledgment of employee well-being as a pivotal factor not only influencing staff morale but also driving enhanced organizational effectiveness. Findings revealed a pronounced correlation between well-being and care quality; notably, 75% of employees with high well-being levels reported patient satisfaction ratings exceeding 80%. Additionally, hospitals that prioritized employee welfare experienced a 20% boost in performance metrics. The study identified key determinants of employee well-being, including effective communication, management support, and a nurturing workplace environment. Ultimately, the article advocates for healthcare institutions to prioritize employee well-being, positing that such initiatives are fundamental for achieving superior patient care and organizational success.
